We first met Simon in 2018 when he headed up the Cathays Community Cafe kitchen on weekends. His food moniker, Herbivore, has since been popping up across some of South Wales’ best spots, serving up vegan dishes made with seasonal ingredients cooked with care and imagination.
We are thrilled to invite Herbivore to cook here at Sibling. Simon will be serving a 6 dish set menu and we’ll have a selection of natural wines available by the glass and bottle on the night too.
Some of the seating will be outdoors, which will be covered in the event of a rainy evening, but we might recommend a jumper for warmth.
A couple of spaces at our standing alcove bars and outdoor bench will be reserved for walk ins on the night.
